I’ve had to turn down several potential clients because they are confused about what a life coach is or does. They think I’m a therapist. To clarify some things. Life coaching focuses on goals, helping a person achieve them while therapy focuses on mental health. Life coaching concentrates on your behaviors and how to modify them to reach your goals, not so much about your feelings. We are consider with the “how” not the “why” of things.
