💪 How can chiro help YOU achieve your goals?! 💪

🏃🏼‍♀️ Nikki is a triathlete (hello half-Ironman!) who has had a goal to run another marathon for over a decade!
🤕 Unfortunately every time she would train for the 26.2 mile run, injury would strike!! As she began training for the Ft Lauderdale Mararthon, sure enough, hamstring injury struck!
📲 Luckily, she gave us a call - and Dr. Alberto got to work! Over several weeks leading up to game time, Nikki was feeling great!
🏅 Not only did she CRUSH the marathon, she finished with NO injuries, and minimal soreness!!!!
🦴 When your musculoskeletal system and nervous system are working in harmony with a healthy body, your potential really is amazing !!
