Today I went for my own blood work — because staying healthy isn’t about waiting for symptoms… it’s about paying attention before the body has to scream for help.

Blood work is one of the most valuable tools we have to:
✔️ Catch imbalances early
✔️ See what’s happening beneath the surface
✔️ Prevent bigger issues down the road
✔️ Personalize how we support the body naturally

In Chinese medicine, we don’t guess — we look at the whole picture. Labs give us another lens to understand blood, nourishment, and function at a deeper level.

And yes — I can order blood work for patients who:
• Don’t have insurance
• Feel stuck because their labs were “normal” but they don’t feel normal

A little weekend inspiration ✨ (with a side of “doctor’s orders” to slow down 😉)

I love visiting places that reflect the same principles we use in Chinese medicine — balance, beauty, and intention. I enjoyed a beautiful evening at Seito Sushi, where the ambiance and food encouraged exactly what we’re always talking about: sit, relax, and truly nourish the body so digestion can do its job.

Wellness isn’t just treatments… it’s also how and where we take time to care for ourselves.
