Break big tasks into micro steps.
Large tasks can feel overwhelming — even paralyzing.
Micro steps turn “I can’t start” into “I can do that one small thing.”
Example:
Instead of “Clean your room,” try:
👉 Pick up clothes
👉 Put items in their spots
👉 Throw away trash
👉 Make the bed
