It is with great joy and sadness l must inform the entirety of the Family Health Center family l will no longer be seeing patients there. I have decided to follow a longstanding dream of mine to own and operate my own healthcare practice and to reach my professional goal l must continue with my education, not allowing me much time for patient care. I would like to thank Dr. Black and her staff for giving me the opportunity to work, learn and grow over the past four years, and aspire to provide the same level of care in my practice that has made FHC so successful. In closing, l hope each and every patient l have seen during my time there has felt as though they were treated with the best care possible.

This week our first patients who began the Semaglutide weight loss program in May came in for their 1 month follow up. They have a combined weight loss of OVER 60 POUNDS!!! How amazing is that? That’s 7 gallons of water! WOW! I couldn’t be happier for each and every one of you who are working toward a healthier life! Keep up the good work.

It is with great pleasure that I announce the expansion of Bella Mental Health Services, LLC to North Melbourne. Their primary location is in Rockledge, however the demand for mental health services has exceeded their single office.
We have partnered to provide our patients with not only the best healthcare, but mental healthcare too. Mental health is so very important and this practice truly cares about their patients. They understand that when someone is in need, it’s now; now 2 months from now. Appointments get scheduled in a very timely manner and patients do not have to track them down (sadly, many understand this more than others). I have personally seen amazing transformations with our corroboration and look forward to many more.
