oy written all over it. It's not rocket science, but for our founder, former Aerospace Engineer Jean Najjar, the creation of Joy's International Foods is a dream come true. Named after his daughter Joy and based on a family recipe from his Grandfather, Jean brought the taste of the Mediterranean to America's table. After the secret mix of garlic and spices grew in popularity with his friends and family, he took the plunge and began producing Garlic Spreads at local gourmet markets in Melbourne, FL in early 2003. Our 100% natural dips, dressings, spreads, and sauces come from family recipes, traditional and new, so we can share our love in every one of our offerings. Many of our products are Vegetarian / Vegan, Free of preservatives, Dairy-free, No added sugar, Low sodium, Cholesterol-free, Trans-fat-free, and Gluten-free. While there are numerous known health benefits, they are outmatched by Joy's International Food's remarkable taste. Our Pasta Sauces and Salsas have less than 70mg of sodium, and NO sugar added. Our Mediterranean specialties are like no others in flavor and purity. Our Garlic Spreads can be used to spice up any recipe, from seasoning meats, stews, and vegetables to spreading on sandwiches, wraps, and breads. Our products pack the delicious and nutritious benefits of pure fresh garlic – more than 20 bulbs per jar in a creamy spread that dissolves easily and tastes great! FLORIDA FUSION CHICKEN WINGS
INGREDIENTS

· 3 lbs chicken wings

· 1 bottle of Joy’s Gourmet Florida Fusion

· 5 scallions, chopped (Optional)

· Kosher salt, to taste

DIRECTIONS

1. Thaw frozen chicken wings overnight in the refrigerator.

2. Place thawed chicken wings in a large Ziplock bag.

3. Add 4-6 oz of Joy’s Gourmet Florida Fusion into the bag.

4. Massage the bag lightly to coat the wings well.

5. Place the bag in the refrigerator and let it marinate for one hour.

6. After one hour, remove from the bag and place in one layer on a baking sheet.

7. Bake at 450° F for 40-45 minutes, turning once during baking. (option: air fry)

8. Baked until brown and crisp.

9. 5 minutes before chicken wings are done baking, move the wings to a clean bowl and mix with 4-6 oz of the Florida Fusion sauce, return them to the baking sheet, and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.

10. Garnish with scallions.

11. Add a small dish with Florida Fusion sauce on the side for dipping.

A tribute to quilted artistry. I was amazed by the beauty and intricate details of all the quilts on display at The Jacksonville Quilt Festival, showcasing the incredible talent and craftsmanship of quilters from around the world. As I walked through the vibrant exhibits, I was struck by the beauty, creativity of so many artists.
The Jacksonville Quilt Festival was a true celebration of textile art, and I left feeling inspired and in awe of the quilters' talent.
