5 questions with Hannah W. -RN Case Manager
Come get to know our caring and compassionate hospice team members. These are the faces caring for our community!

1. Who has had the biggest influence on you? My husband. I have watched him overcome a tremendous health battle and through that, I have learned what true strength looks like. Though I am still learning, he has set me on the path of gaining better perseverance and discipline.
2. What is your FAVORITE food and from what restaurant do you get it or who makes it for you? This question is IMPOSSIBLE but almost nothing beats grilled cheese burgers at home!
3. Where were you born?
Detroit, Michigan
4. When are you happiest?
Another very tough question but anyone one who knows me will know that I am extremely happy around any animal what-so-ever.
5. Why do you work in Hospice?
Unfortunately, we all know what it’s like to lose someone we love and that is the reason I first pursued hospice. The reason I STAY in hospice is because it’s one of the of the few avenues of nursing where you have the luxury of being able to be one-one-one with your patient and family. Our families are happy to see us and you really feel like you are making a difference in their lives.

What is your FAVORITE food and from what restaurant do you get it or who makes it for you? I love Italian food 😊
Where were you born? Boynton Beach Florida
When are you happiest? When I’m spending time with my daughters whether it be shopping, spending time at the fields or on the court, or just enjoying a relaxing day with them 😊
Why do you work in Hospice? I love educating and helping people. I feel that so many fear the word HOSPICE and I love the being able to help families better understand what Hospice means and what we can do to help them and their family during some of the most vulnerable times

What an amazing day! We had a “Last Wish” come true with Gary, his son, his granddaughter and great grandson at the Brevard Zoo! The smiles were endless and Gary even had his favorite- a cheeseburger! Thank you to the Brevard Zoo for helping us make this a reality!
