Think of inflammation like a slow-burning fire in the body.
You may not see flames—but you feel the effects.
Fatigue.
Brain fog.
Slower thinking.
In many cases, this “fire” starts in the gut.
When digestion is compromised, the immune system becomes activated.
Over time, this creates a low-level inflammatory response that can impact the brain.
The body adapts—but the symptoms remain.
This is often what’s referred to as inflammatory or “hot” cognitive decline.
Addressing the brain without addressing the source rarely leads to lasting change.
Because to reduce the fire, we have to find what’s fueling it.
