These classes will have very limited availability so when I post 'em you need to grab 'em!

💚Zumba Step💚 is the same fun happy Zumba class but the addition of a riser to give you a fitness boost.

❤️Zumba Sentao♥️ is a rocking good time using a sturdy chair for dips and squats and ab work.

Because they both require equipment, we need to limit the class sizes. Don't worry....we will add more classes as they fill up.

📍The Studio at Grove Pointe is located in Suite 104 of 4085 Highway 1, Rockledge just south of Barnes Blvd.

Classes are $5 each.

You KNOW it is going to be a GREAT DAY ☀️when it ends with your 💜💜Zumba Toning 💪💪class! If you have not yet been (!!!) this class is a sweet combination of light weights and heavy beats 🎶🎶🎶🎶

Just like ALL of my classes, there is NO STRESS…you do what YOU and YOUR body are able.

Plan to come to class tonight at 5️⃣4️⃣5️⃣. I have the Toning Sticks, so just bring water, a towel and a smile!

The has freed up some of my days…so here are the Zumba classes I have on schedule as of 10/8.

We are having such a great time at the new Studio and I am so excited about all the fun planned classes for you… Pitbull Day, Grab A Date, GNO and an All Christian Song lClass (can I get an Amen?) so keep your 👀 on our social for all of latest 🗞️ news!

The Studio at Grove Pointe is a boutique location for our Zumba fitness classes…meaning, no pushing through the weight rooms to get to class, no stress about checking in and running through the building to find the room, and more intimate class sizes==>>with committed loving instructors and a community like no other. The classes are $5 each or $40 for a 10 class pass.
