I’ve had the honor of supporting first-time moms, moms welcoming their eighth baby, single moms, teen moms, moms over 40, CEO moms, homemaker moms, and so many others. Each story has been unique, and I am truly grateful to have been invited into such sacred moments.

It brings me so much joy to be part of new beginnings, healing births, and miracle births. Thank you to every mother who has trusted me to support you during one of the most meaningful seasons of your life.

Birth is powerful, emotional, and sometimes unpredictable. A doula’s role is to provide steady support, encouragement, and comfort so mothers feel safe and empowered through every stage of labor. Sometimes the most important thing we can offer is simply being present.

Nitrous oxide is a gentle, effective comfort option used during labor that many women in labor love 💨💛

Why some families choose nitrous oxide:
