Our hours are remaining the same, every day from 4pm to 5am. Our deliveries are still running from 6pm to 3am for RX's ONLY. The high demand for deliveries has put a strain on our ability to reach all patients. Please understand, this is a 1 pharmacist operation and due to a loss of staff, 1 delivery driver for most nights. The phone system will force you to leave a voicemail after a few rings as I'm usually running back and forth from filling Rx's to the cars out front. I will do my best to get back to you as soon as possible. Please remain distant from others and YELL at me if I get too close to your car window...I will surely yell at you if you get too close to me!!! Once I or someone on my staff test's positive I will close the store for isolation protocol and not reopen until at least I, the pharmacist, am able to come back and help patients knowing I am not going to spread the virus any further.

Well folks, the virus has come to Brevard. In an effort to help as many people for as long as possible, Night Owl has initiated mitigation procedures. For as long as I can, we will remain open with our "normal" business hours of 4PM to 5AM. Our front doors are locked and we ask all customers to REMAIN IN YOUR CAR. Please text/call/or even honk for service when you are outside. Our store cell number is on the TV display in our front window. We will be curbside service ONLY at the store. You can also call the store line at 321-914-4909 but with all my running to do curbside service I anticipate long waits for me to get to the phones. We will still be doing delivery service and ask you use credit/debit cards as all cash will be considered contaminated and be an increased burden for us to quarantine it for 14 days.

Please be PATIENT!!!

Not only with us but with people around you. Please do everything you can to remain distant from others. Once any of my staff test positive we will be closing down the pharmacy to prevent further spread of the virus. I will update information on our voicemail and be monitoring messages in case you need any refills transferred out to another pharmacy that is open/operating. Please know we are doing everything we can to be able to continue serving the community who will need it in the days to come.

We WILL get through this. The more effort put forth by all of us, the faster it will be behind us.

Really good video with numeric examples of why you need to take this seriously. Those who know me, I don't leave for hurricanes and I don't care for media spin. The domino effect from this virus is no joke and has me greatly concerned. I was ready to strangle a customer today who was laughing about the whole thing and started “mock coughing” at me. Please folks, stay away from others. The smarter we play this now, the faster we will get through it. As soon as one case is reported in Brevard, Night Owl will transition to very stringent rules. The pharmacy will go under lockdown...no customers allowed inside. Your options will be curbside service or delivery service. Credit cards will be the preferred method of payment and they will be taken over the phone or read off to my staff at curbside. Any purchases will be bagged and left on the roof of your car or doorstep. Any cash given out will have been quarantined here for 10 days before it is handled and given out. Please be patient with us at this time as delays in delivery and answering the phone will be impacted. Once anyone on staff at the store test's positive for CV19, Night Owl will close until I (the pharmacist) have been isolated and tested clear after 14 days. I will be monitoring the phone messages from home if you need any of your refills transferred to a working/open pharmacy while we are not able to fill them. Please call the store for updates on the voicemail for any further changes.

Ask the pharmacy you are saving so much money at why their prices are SO high that you even need a coupon. Night Owl Pharmacy does NOT accept GoodRX and if you mention it, you will get a lecture...sorry!

Just got these in last week from a great company over in the Tampa area. They burn clean and last about 72-80 hours. Come in and stick your nose in a jar! Carrying; Gin & Tonic, White Tea & Berries, Japanese Yuzu, Joshua Tree, Eucalyptus & Moss and Citrus Fields.

It's not just California and it's not just $17. Every tricare rx I fill for Ciprodex is a $9 loss. One ear drop last week for a patient was a $38 loss. Wholesalers in New York, starting next week, are going to stop selling narcotics to NY pharmacies due to an opioid tax.

Hi Folks!...well the flu season is over finally and things have started to quiet down a bit so I can start posting again. Just wanted to let you all know of a new product we are now stocking for the "inferno" season! If you are going to be outside for more than 3.7 seconds, you might find yourself a tad moist. Anything past that might have you feeling drained. BIOLYTE calls themselves an IV in a bottle. Working outside in the Florida sun, spending a day out on the ocean...or even having a bit too much fun with the tequila bottle. This product is SERIOUS about getting your electrolyte balance back in proper order.
