These pictures are exactly 1yr apart, after this client competed in october we took almost 6mo to just add size. She will begin prep April 1st & we know she is going to do amazing! So proud of you!👏🏼

Transformation Tuesday! This is our client Brit. She came to us wanting to compete in a bikini competition. After looking at her body we knew we needed to focus on a few things…. 1 she had no muscle and we needed to get her glutes and legs up. 2. she had bloating as you can see so we had to fix her gut health and heal her metabolism from not eating properly. 3. Get her hormones balanced 4. Pull off water and bf. She knew she had a lot of work to do but has been killing it! She started with us 3.5 months ago and what a transformation! She now has muscle still have a ways to go but has def put on. We healed her metabolism and has no more bloating or a gut! She has shape now and a butt! We still have a lot of work to do but man she has been doing great! This is what consistency and dedication will do!!! Great job Britt!! Wait for the final product!

My client Shevron came to me last December he was 160lbs wanted to put on size. So these pics are 10months apart and he is now 193lbs so 33lbs in 10 months I’d say we accomplished that. Now time to trim off some of the fat and water .
