Are you pregnant and looking for a doula who can give you more information, support, and guidance? As a doula and baby advocate, Lydia can help make your journey to parenthood a seamless and successful transition.

Lydia became a certified Doula and Childbirth Educator in 2004. Her dedication and professionalism to each and every client is unparalleled. She is highly respected and recommended by care providers throughout the county.

She encourages and supports all mothers-to-be and their ideal birth plan, whether it is a non-medicated birth, medicated birth, or C-section. Lydia does not take the place of the mother’s partner; rather, she assists both of them through the most precious and intimate moment of their lifetime. She will help educate them so that they understand the risks and benefits of each method and can choose the options that best fit into their ideal plan. Lydia applies her unwavering support and encouragement to her postpartum clients; guiding them through the rough spots so they can enjoy the bounty of parenthood.
