This year, our gratitude starts with the people who make this building run!

Being recognized as a Great Place To Work was a highlight of 2025, but that title isn't just about staff satisfaction, it’s about the energy that fills our hallways every day. You could feel that spirit during our Luau parties and throughout the celebrations of . When the team is happy, the joy is contagious.

That energy spilled over into our kitchen during "Aprons and Appetizers" sessions and extended out into the neighborhood when we rallied to support local students during the Watercrest Cares school supply drive. Between the community focus and the fun of our Harvest Festival, this year proved that MSV is a place where people truly enjoy being together.

Thank you to the staff, residents, and families who make this a great place to work and a great place to live. Happy Thanksgiving! 🍂💙
