She is passionate about creating yoga flows that help you attune to your body’s wisdom, release what no longer serves you, and tap into the insight that can only be found within. Shannon believes yoga is for anyone who is willing to step on their mat and connect their mind and body through breath. Through her 30+ years of being a yogi, her personal journey inspires her to share her practice with joy, love, authenticity, and passionate dedication. Beyond her RYT Yoga Instructor certificate with Yoga Alliance, Shannon has her Bachelor's in Nutrition from the University of Florida and her Master’s in physical therapy (with 25+ years of knowledge on body anatomy & mechanics) from the University of St. She is also certified for Soul Purpose (Dharma) Coaching, Spiritual Life Coaching and Ayurvedic Nutrition. She loves animals and nature, is vegan, and cares deeply about the environment as a 10+ year dedicated volunteer with the Surfrider Foundation.
