Thankful Thursday vibes are coming in strong!

Today we're shining some love on two incredible members of the Yogi Perogi Fam- Dr. Leslie and Dr. Alberto from Atlantic Way Chiro- a dynamic duo who bring not only joy and presence to their mats, but also are SO passionate about healing our community through their amazing chiropractic practice.

Their dedication to wellness, both on and off the mat inspires us all- esp with Dr. Leslie's recent knee surgeries. Whether they are holding steady (and having fun 😄) in partner yoga, or helping others find alignment in their bodies, they truly embody the Perogi spirit of acceptance, perseverance, and above all, community.

We are so grateful to have them in our studio and in our corner- thank you both for all the ways you help us feel our best. 💛
