Anxiety can feel like a storm inside your mind, but there are ways to manage it.

Here are a few simple techniques to help you through:

- Focus on your breathing: Take slow, deep breaths to calm your body’s anxiety response.

- Ground yourself: Use the “5-4-3-2-1” technique—name 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste.

- Challenge your thoughts: Ask yourself if the situation is as bad as your anxiety is making it seem.
