It is out of our control to make that happen.
They have to realize it’s their responsibility to make the change.

Another way to giving yourself self-love, self-care, and self-worth is
protecting your Energy!
Protecting Your Energy IS. NO. JOKE!!
Especially when being around people, places, or things that can deplete you.
I have learned over the years what that feels like. I know when I walk into a place or a room whether the energy is good or whether the energy is turbulent.
I am very aware of that now!
You get what you put out!
It's no joke!!!
There are so many ways to go about protecting yourself!

When you take charge of your own well-being and happiness, you start feeling your worthiness and more appreciation for yourself which grows into self-love.

So, practice by being kind to yourself.

Take charge of your self-care needs.

Eat healthy, exercise, take a salt bath, go for a walk in nature, get proper sleep, or book a reiki session to relax and let go. 💜

Forgiveness means different things to different people. But in general, it involves an intentional decision to let go of resentment and anger.
If you constantly dwell on your past faults or someone who has wronged you, you will begin to induce an unpleasant state. You will perceive yourself as the Victim in certain situations, obstructing your growth.
Learn to forgive yourself and others. Learn to forgive, surrender and let go.
Forgiving is necessary for healing and releasing what no longer serves you.
Forgive others not because you think they deserve it, but because you know you deserve PEACE.
Forgiveness is an excellent way to give yourself Self-Love! Forgiveness can and does heal! ❤️

Hello everyone! I would love to introduce myself. I am Carey Nieman. I recently started providing services at The Valkyrie Mystic Soul Spa and Shop.

I started my journey several years ago. The more spiritual healing I received, the more I wanted to learn. I became a Reiki master/teacher, received certifications in Access Consciousness Bars, Food Healing Oracle deck reader, Pendulum Alchemy, Emotion Code, Body Code and most recently, tarot reading. I am still working on Melchizedek (completed level 3) and mediumship!

I am very excited to work with Renee, Shannon and Summer! It is a great team with a very upbeat energy. The Valkyrie Mystic has crystals, books, tarot cards, herbal teas and most importantly, the four of us!

I bring some new healing techniques to the shop. Pendulum Alchemy, Access Consciousness Bars (ACB), Emotion Code and Body Code are wonderful ways to give yourself some soul self-love. I will be presenting information on Pendulum Alchemy later this month.

I cannot wait to meet you; answer any questions you have about my services and start this journey with new friends.
