HeySis👋🏽, Sharing one of our November 🤩Wins🤩 from Beauty and the Beat Sisterhood Club:

Our 3rd Saturday Morning Zoom Call where our invited guest Symone Mendez a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Renewed Counseling shared five key points about managing mental health during the busy holiday season:

1. Assessing what's on one's plate.
2. Setting healthy boundaries, say no to things.
3. Asking for help, lean in to community and other resources.
4. Not feeling obligated to keep up with others, and
5. Prioritizing self-care for a healthy mind.

The group discussed how comparison can lead to stress and the importance of contentment. Paulette Baker highlighted the theme of not feeling pressured to keep up with others, especially for entrepreneurs. We heard awesome testimonies and opportunities for new entrepreneurs to shared their business launch!
