We all look different, we all act different, and we all require different programs in order to achieve the desired results. My collective influences started from my early child hood and continue to evolve today. From Tae Kwon Do Masters, various strength coaches, football coaches, Professional Body Builders, track coaches, gymnastic coaches, golf coaches and now collaborating with Medical Professionals. I have developed an interesting style of training that I call " DYNAMICS " or FUNCTIONAL DYNAMICS!!!!! WITH A NEW WAY OF LEANING THE BODY WHILE STILL ADDING MUSCLE!!!! I take the extra step as a Personal Trainer by consistently tracking your efforts to ensure you reach your goal. I attended graduate School in Exercise Science with a focus in Strength & Conditioning at Florida Atlantic University. Through that program I worked for the FAU Strength & Conditioning Program as a trainer for student athletes. During college, I was a student athlete at Florida Atlantic University. Through this experience I have learned first hand the dedication it takes to reach a goal and want to help you reach yours. I worked under Pete Bommarito of Bommarito Performance. He is regarded as one of the top strength and conditioning coaches in the industry for his scientifically based approach to sport specific training. I am certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. It is my mission to help you reach your fitness goals while improving your athleticism. Let others give excuses while we obtain results.

Tropical Turf Showdown: FAU vs. Hawaiβ€˜i (2004)
September 4, 2004 β€” Aloha Stadium, Honolulu, HI

In just their fourth year of football, the upstart Florida Atlantic Owls, led by legendary coach Howard Schnellenberger, traveled over 4,700 miles to face the seasoned Hawaiβ€˜i Rainbow Warriors under head coach June Jones. Few gave FAU a chance β€” the Warriors were known for their explosive offense and home-field dominance.
But what unfolded under the lights at Aloha Stadium was a classic.

First Half: A Clash of Styles
Hawaiβ€˜i struck first, flashing their trademark run-and-shoot offense. Quarterback Timmy Chang, already a record-breaker, found rhythm early, dissecting FAU’s secondary with pinpoint accuracy. But FAU’s defense held firm when it mattered, and the Owls clawed back with a balanced attack. QB Jared Allen showed poise, keeping the chains moving and the Warriors’ defense guessing.

Second Half: Momentum Swings and Big Plays
Hawaiβ€˜i took a 21–10 lead in the third quarter, but FAU refused to fold. With under five minutes left in the fourth, Allen orchestrated a clutch drive, capping it with a touchdown and a successful two-point conversion to tie the game at 28–28.
As the clock expired, the crowd knew: overtime was coming.

Overtime Drama
FAU struck first in OT β€” a bruising drive finished by a short touchdown run. Now it was Hawaiβ€˜i’s turn. But on 4th down, deep in Owl territory, FAU’s defense delivered the play of the night β€” stuffing the run and sealing a stunning 35–28 victory.

Aftermath
The upset sent shockwaves through college football. FAU, then a fledgling I-AA (FCS) team in transition to I-A (FBS), had beaten a bowl-caliber program on the road. The win was a defining moment for the young program and a personal triumph for Schnellenberger, who had built the team from scratch.
