We release stress through dance cardio, toning & Meditation. & set weekly goals to leave us feeling stronger, peaceful & renewed. Liliana is a certified Fitness trainer and Mindfulness coach. Her Fitness classes consist of a fun dance cardio portion, targeted toning exercises, and a short cool down and relaxing meditation. Liliana uses fun music and motivation to keep you moving, releasing stress and having fun. She enables everyone to exercise coming from a place of Love for yourself and for your body. She reminds participants of their connection to God and the importance of balancing the Body, Mind and Spirit. Her Christian music is uplifting and the meditation at the end allows each person to decompress, connect to God and renew their Mental, Emotional and Spiritual strength. Her classes are filled with a positive, loving energy where everyone is welcome and where everyone becomes part of the family! She also teaches mindfulness habits in eating, managing stress and everyday life. The power of being present and mindful allows all areas of our lives to be more balanced and centered on our connection to God & to ourselves.
