Our prenatal massage is thoughtfully designed to support your changing body in a safe, nurturing environment.

Not pregnant? We also offer relaxation (Swedish), deep tissue, and therapeutic massage for anyone needing muscle recovery, stress relief, lymphatic support, or nervous system reset.

Every session is tailored to your individual needs and includes:

• Safe positioning
• Hot stones (as appropriate)
• Gentle cupping (when indicated)
• Therapeutic essential oils

No add-on fees. Ever. Everything is included.
