Hi friends,
To help keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure appointment availability for everyone, we’ve made a small update to how reservations are secured at Essentials.
Beginning March 15, 2026, all appointments will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Your deposit simply reserves your appointment time and will be applied toward your service total at checkout.
Deposits are fully refundable if an appointment is adjusted more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
A few quick notes:
• Gift card reservations can still be made by calling the spa so we can verify the card balance.
• VIP clients may continue booking by phone or in person using their existing account deposit.
• Our 24-hour cancellation policy remains the same.
This update helps us better protect our providers’ schedules and keep appointments available for the guests who truly need them.
