Dear Patients and Friends,

As of May 30, 2025, I will be retiring from practicing optometry. It seems like only yesterday that my wife, Christie, and I moved to the Space Coast, joining Dr. Terry Naberhaus in developing a private group practice in Brevard. Our goal was simple yet meaningful: to provide excellent professional care in a warm and friendly environment. Now, over 37 years later, that vision remains strong. Brevard Vision Care has grown into two large clinical offices with seven full-time providers and more than 50 dedicated team members, all committed to the same standard of excellence in eye care.

I have reached a pivotal moment in my career where it is time to step back and make room for the next generation of providers. In that spirit, I am pleased to announce that Dr. Blake Zippi will be joining our practice in April. A Melbourne native and Viera High School graduate, Dr. Zippi has pursued extensive training and multiple degrees, and I am confident he will continue our legacy of exceptional care.

It has been a privilege to serve you and to be a part of your lives- hearing your stories, building relationships, and earning your trust. I sincerely hope that, in some way, I have contributed to improving your most precious sense- your vision.

Thank you for your loyalty, support, and friendship over the years. I will miss you all.

With gratitude,
Jeffery C Locke OD
