As a patient on Semaglutide, I am always looking for a good source to get all my protein in. These are not too bad and can be found at Publix in the isle that has all the Juices and sports drinks. Around 230 calories a bottle. They also make one with less grams of protein for as someone who has to get in at least a minimum of 80 grams of protein a day this might really help.
