I regularly remind you all to try and not to cross your legs. I've posted the explanation and made videos even! (Check out the reel I posted recently about this!)
Take a look at this picture below. It is a posterior visual of hip rotators. What do you think happens to this group of muscles when you cross your legs all the time? Can you visualize the stress that occurs in the pelvic bones? Then imagine spending hours and hours a day there!!
I am not throwing stones! Ladies, I constantly have to remind myself to stop crossing my dang legs. I have small varicose veins and spider veins around my knees because of doing this for years and years. But when you know better, you do better!
Years and years of crossing your legs can create unwanted patterns in the body. I have a many classes currently in our playlists that help hip rotators and counter the effects of crossing your legs!
