Wow! Less than 16 weeks left before I run my first Marathon!! The days’ workout was a track workout with ! I am going to be sharing my training and progress in an effort to keep the motivation and enthusiasm going! My goal for the is to simply finish! I have never felt myself to be a strong runner, but slowly I’m finding I don’t hate it like I thought I would 😅. I can do hard things and so can you! If you’ve run a marathon before please leave me any tips.

My patient is a big data 📈 guy! He has been tracking his knee flexion progress following his knee replacement. He felt he was stuck at around 117-120 degrees knee flexion and felt his knee was tight & stiff. After 1 session of dry needling his flexion got to 126!! We will continue to help him achieve 135 degrees and more to help match his non replaced knee.
