As practitioners and seekers, acknowledging mental health is essential for two reasons:
For the Collective: When we facilitate healings, we must recognize that trauma, anxiety, and depression are not just "spiritual blockages"—they are deeply felt human experiences that require compassion, grounded support, and sometimes clinical integration.
For the Healer: "Healer, heal thyself" is not just a phrase; it’s a mandate. To hold space for others, we must be diligent in tending to our own mental gardens. Seeking therapy, practicing mindfulness, and acknowledging our own psychological needs ensures we lead from a place of integrity, not ego.
