I’m a board-certified music therapist and counselor at Ellie Mental Health – Riverside. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and I believe therapy should feel supportive, flexible, and human.

While I’m trained in music therapy, sessions don’t have to include music—many clients prefer talk therapy, and others bring music in when it feels helpful.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but even exploring your options is a meaningful first step. If you’re curious about getting started, scheduling and billing are handled through Ellie Mental Health – Riverside via phone or their website.
