Betsy Markle, owner of Sunshine Wellness, is a Registered Dietitian, Yoga Instructor and Health Coach. She has over 20 years experience as a nutritionist and has worked closely with a world renowned endocrinologist. Betsy has 3 kids and they live a busy, fun, balanced life in in Florida.

Stacy Hinkel is an exercise expert with multiple degrees in exercise physiology. She has joined Sunshine Wellness to teach and create awesome exercise content and help with all the tech stuff.
