If a narcissist is finished with you, will they ever want you back?

Yes. Once you've actually disconnected and cut all chords with them, they will feel the disconnect. The “discard” phase is all about controlling you. They don't actually expect you to go. They believe you're naive, so they expect you to keep crawling back to them. Discarding is done to destroy your self-esteem and self confidence, to turn you into a codependent mess.

When you break from from all the illusions, you will begin healing and living independently. You will start glowing and resonating at higher and much more attractive frequencies.

The narcissist believes they can trigger old wounds to siphon this new energy you have. They will start hovering. They will collect flying monkeys to surveillance and gang-stalk you. They will contact coworkers, family member, anybody relevant and close to you to gain access to your space and test your boundaries.

This will fill intense and will be overwhelming. They will throw stones and hide their hands, gaslighting the life out of you.

Always disconnect. Be aware. And move accordingly. Narcissists are easily tricked because they are beyond predictable in their motives and actions.

Narcissists are predators. When they choose someone as their prey, they test this prey at various parameters. They make sure that this prey has the qualities, the traits, and the capabilities to provide the narcissist with what they need from it. And that is what makes narcissists so lethal and dangerous.

How do narcissists react to problems in a relationship?

If something goes wrong in a relationship, it's often the narcissist who is quick to react and can become quite defensive. This is because they tend to see any problem as a personal attack on them. They may try to blame their partner or lash out in anger, which can escalate the situation quickly. In many cases, the narcissist will try to control and manipulate the situation so that they come out looking like the victim. This can be extremely frustrating for their partner, who may feel like they're always walking on eggshells around the narcissist. It's important to remember that if you're in a relationship with a narcissist, you need to take care of yourself first and foremost.
