Base for healing soup. Heat ghee, add black cumin seed, mustard seed, anise, cinnamon stick till popped, then fresh garlic, ginger, and turmeric and stir until the "fresh" smell dissipates, about a minute, then cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper for a minute. Proceed with your other items, like fresh vegetables and garbanzo beans.
