Why: The philosophy behind the naming of the program is that it takes 21 Day so break a habit, AND it takes 21 Days to form a new habit. It's about forming new exercise habits, as well as learning how to eat to fuel your body. In the end it's about a not a quick fix, it's a LIFESTYLE and about committing to long term changes.

Who’s it for: The woman who’s looking to lose fat, get fit and feel her best!

Ready…Set…Reset 💫

At the end of Evolve’s Reset Challenge, I want you
to feel accomplished, stronger, and empowered to step into the next phase of your fitness journey🤝

This challenge is about pushing beyond your limits, becoming stronger and feeling fitter. You will accomplish this through trainer-led small group gym workouts combined with a nutrition guide you can actually stick to and enjoy 🫶🏼

All I ask is that over the next 6 weeks you dedicate time **for yourself and to yourself**

Whether it’s 3, 4 or 5 days per week, I’m giving you the flexibility to fit this into your lifestyle!

There will be tough moments, because after all this is a challenge. However, I truly believe that fitness starts with your mindset. So take it from me and believe that you can achieve anything you set your mind to 👏🏼

Well well well look who's still kicking ass and taking names👀💅

Brooke Claybrook has hit the 40lb weight loss mark!
It's truly a pleasure to see this unfold day by day.
A wonderful physical transformation has occurred (uhhh look at those abs!!), but what's truly remarkable is the mental and emotional transformation that has taken place as well 🧠🩷
This girl
-Shows up for work outs consistently
- Doesn't make excuses, just gets it done no matter what
- Makes her health a priority and a lifestyle
- Searches for new ways to be a better version of herself, then acts on it
- Has *chosen* to evolve instead of repeat🫡

I am beyond happy for you Brooke. You have purest of hearts and are one of the nicest people l've ever met. You deserve this!! Very well done🏆

All you have to do is decide that you're tired of being tired and are willing to do the work, not just talk about it.
Will it be easy?
No.

Most folks aren't missing their perfect macro or calorie numbers, or the "best' workout.
They're missing structure, routine, consistency, and a strong motive for behavior change.

There's nothing wrong with being fueled by vanity if your relationship with the process is reasonable rather than emotional.

It means learning how to live in a proactive state of being rather than a reactive one.

Proactive- “I’ve had a hectic day, I’m going to eat a nutritious dinner and get some good rest for a better tomorrow”

Reactive- “I’ve had a hectic day, I deserve pizza and ice cream.”

Improving habits and changing your body requires playing the long game and accepting that not every week will show progress. KEEP GOING!!

HOWEVER too much inflammation over time keeps the body in a constant state of alert 🚨 and can begin to negatively impact organs and tissues.
Chronic inflammation is even linked to serious health problems like cancer, heart disease, asthma and others ❌❌❌❌

An anti-inflammatory diet can help
⬇️ your blood pressure, ⬆️ your mental health and cognitive function, and relieve other chronic issues 💆‍♀️.
You’ll also reduce your consumption of refined sugars and processed foods, often higher in calories 🍪🍩🍫🌭🍔

Eating more nutrient-rich foods makes you feel more satisfied while consuming far fewer calories, which can help you maintain a healthier weight!

👋🏼 Hiiiii I’m here to remind you that you are not what you do *sometimes but what you do *consistently.
Stop stressing over that meal you overindulged in or the workout you missed. (My transformation didn't happen overnight, it took years.)

People get health and fitness all wrong because they think it has to rule your life when really it should compliment it. 🤍
[[[ Life is to be enjoyed, so don’t sweat the small stuff. ]]]

Find a style of training you love, eat to feel good and *show up consistently*.
I promise you that if you keep chipping away consistently you will be AMAZED at what you can achieve both physically and mentally.

Little by little, a little becomes a lot 🙏
