We’re so grateful to Zane Logan for selecting High Sky as the recipient of his Eagle Scout outreach project this year! Zane met with us early on to learn about our work and thoughtfully crafted a project that would truly benefit the children we serve. After going through the full Eagle Scout planning and approval process, he delivered three beautifully handcrafted ring toss games, complete with storage boxes. He even added thoughtful touches like soft-close hinges to protect little fingers and handles for easy transport to community outreach events.

Zane showed incredible leadership, organization, and heart throughout this entire process, and we’re proud to have partnered with him. These lawn games will bring joy to our campus for years to come!

High Sky's LIFE program will be hosting a free, private movie screening of Superman on Saturday August 30th at the Cinemark Tinseltown in San Angelo!

This event is NOT exclusive to young adults participating in the LIFE program. It's open to any young adult 18 and up who was formerly in foster care and a plus one. Auditorium space is limited, so please RSVP!

High Sky Children’s Ranch is pleased to host an informational presentation, “Understanding the Impact of Early Parental Separation,” presented by Brooke Randolph, LMHC, LIMHP, LPC, LPCC-S. This presentation is geared toward pre- and post-adoptive parents. However, agency staff, community members, and anyone interested in the conversation are welcome to attend!

High Sky is thrilled to have Brooke share her knowledge with the Permian Basin community. Brooke is a therapist, author, speaker, and trainer, committed to promoting excellence in adoption therapy, family preservation, and openness in adoption. Brooke is an adoptee advocate, single adoptive parent, and kinship care guardian in an open international adoption. She is a board member for Adoption Knowledge Affiliates.

Join us on Thursday, September 4th, from 6-8PM at High Sky Children’s Ranch- Community of Hope Building.

This event is FREE of charge, made possible by the Heart Galleries of Texas.

Our Story

High Sky Children’s Ranch has 8 programs that support our mission to end child abuse and promote family wholeness. In addition to serving youth in foster care and facilitating adoptions, we continue to provide preventative services to at risk families in the community, to biological parents of children in foster care, youth aging out of care, and intensive therapy services to children and families who have found themselves entangled in the Child Protective Services system.
