Join us as the sound vibrations resonate within the body and vibrate our chakra, energy systems. Experience a space to connect with your body, mind and spirit to allow for deeper healing. Sound baths are rooted in the idea that specific frequencies correspond to your body's energy centers (those chakras). The vibrations aim to restore balance and flow by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. This can help with lowering stress hormones!
