Oh my!!! As you learn to read food labels, make sure you are looking at sugar content. Seems like EVERYTHING had added sugar. Find the products with the least amount of sugar. Your taste buds will accommodate your new, and healthier, choices.

This is also a fun project for kids!

The amount of sugar in our foods is absolutely alarming!!! Sugar is highly inflammatory to the body. Additionally, sugar is harmful to developing tissues - like children's brains!

You can find a good skillet at a garage sale or estate sale. There are several videos on YouTube about how to clean and properly season an older skillet. My skillet is at least 50 years old and I still use it daily!
