I was born and raised in Odessa. Friends call me Pilar. In the Sivananda yogi community, I am known as Prajña (meaning wisdom). I received my TTC yoga training in last July as my yogi family recommended it to me for my healing as it would, also, change my life (and still is). After one month of training, I dedicated almost 3 months of service as a yoga instructor and photographer for myself at to deepen my practice and healing. As part of my healing and growth, I've come to West Texas to apply what I learned to my relationships and every day life.

Pilar will be teaching Hatha Flow 10-11:30am Friday mornings, beginning this Friday! Come welcome her to the Dharma Art community.
