Have you tried Strength Redefined yet?

This class is structured to help women as they transition through perimenopause and menopause. Women begin to lose approximately 1% of muscle mass annually after the age of 30! Engaging in weight training has been shown to effectively reverse this trend.

This class is beneficial for both men and women.

Join us on Mondays and Thursdays at 5:30pm in the Doss Room. This class is open to all adult members of COM Aquatics. Not a member? Try class this Thursday (7/31) for free - it is part of the Wellness Tour!
