At Let it Freeze, our mission is to help our clients achieve their beauty goals with our cutting-edge wellness services.
We're looking for a cryotherapy tech/wellness associate to create a stellar client experience, providing "executive level" service, and educating clients about the services we offer. Our studio is a warm, inviting & spa like place, and we strive to make every client feel cared for, safe & comfortable.
Our studio features Cryo T-Shock (CryoSlimming & CryoToning), You will be trained to provide our full range of treatments to meet our clients' needs & objectives.
Our associates must be friendly & caring, able to interact easily with a diverse client population & attentive to detail. Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred. Education/experience in esthetics, massage, exercise science, athletic training, fitness, health or wellness are a plus. Bilingual preferred.
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Build relationships with our clients, interacting with them throughout each visit, discussing client goals & expectations, educating them about our services & post-session protocols
• Administer wellness services to clients in all modalities we offer
• Respond to customer inquiries, needs & expectations
• Complete documentation & maintain client records
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Maintain equipment as appropriate
• Monitor & stock studio supplies & product inventory
• Perform basic housekeeping as needed throughout the day to maintain a neat & clean studio
• Follow established sales processes
• Communicate with studio manager, reporting any client comments, concerns or issues
• Apply & share best practices; stay up-to-date with technology & education
