Due to family health circumstances, today will be Dr. Williams last day seeing patients in the office.

To all my patients and friends:

It has been my pleasure to serve my community for the past 47 years as an OB-GYN. It is with mixed emotions that I announce my retirement by September 2022. Caring for my patients has been a most rewarding career. I have come to know many of you and your families as friends, and I am honored that many of you have asked me to care for two, and even three, generations.

Please know that all your medical records are safely on file with my associates at OBGYN Associates of Montgomery and remain confidential. If you decide to see a new physician outside of this practice, then you may follow the traditional routes to have your records transferred. Due to new CDC recommendations, anyone in our building must wear a mask!
We ask that patients come alone, unless you need a caregiver.

Effective today, June 1, 2021, masks will be OPTIONAL in our office. We will continue our no visit policy.
As a reminder- the CDC still recommends using a mask of you are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated!!

Dr. Williams has resumed his regular schedule seeing Gynecology patients.
We have implemented a new text reminder system AND annual appointment reminder (you will receive a post card in the mail to remind you to call and schedule your appointment).
In our continued efforts to protect the well-being of our patients and staff, we ask our patients to:
-Call ahead if you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed
-Wear a mask
-Come alone to appointments

Dr. Williams will be back from his sabbatical on Monday, June 15th! After 45 years of practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology, he has made the very difficult decision to limit his practice to Gynecology when he returns. We are referring our Obstetrical patients to OBGYN Associates of Montgomery. We have attempted to get in touch with all of our Obstetrical patients to schedule their appointments. If you haven’t heard from us, please call us so that we can get your appointment scheduled to make this transition as easy as we can for you. We have missed our patients, and we are eager to start our new normal on Monday.

We are taking every measure we can to keep everyone safe during this pandemic. These are the following actions we are taking for your safety:
-We are asking all patients, if you have an appointment please call our office ahead of time if you are COVID positive ,or if you have been exposed to COVID.
-We are asking all patients to wear a face mask.
-We have a NO visitor policy. No one except a patient can enter our office.
-We are requiring all employees to have their temperature checked every morning and to wear a face mask.
-We are checking temperatures of all patients as they enter the building.
-We are cleaning all surfaces that patients could come in contact with throughout the day.

Good morning! We hope everyone is staying safe and at home as much as possible! We have a few new COVID-19 announcements concerning our office.
Dr. Williams has been advised to go on leave during this time due to being high risk of getting
COVID-19. He will be out of the office until mid-late June. He is trying his best to get in touch with patients that are scheduled until then personally, but we know word of mouth travels fast. The doctors at OBGYN Associates are kind enough to take over your care while Dr. Williams is out. If you would like to call before hearing from him to schedule your appointment, please call our office and we will get your appointment scheduled with a doctor next door.
We understand that this is hard news to receive as it was hard for Dr Williams to follow this advisement to stay home during this time, but he will be back! We are trying to make this transition as smooth as possible for our patients so we are scheduling all initial appointments with OBGYN Associates.
Our office is open from Monday-Thursday with normal business hours. If you need any maintenance prescriptions or have any questions, please call us.
Dr. Williams is offering Telehealth phone conference for patients that would prefer a phone visit rather than coming into the office.

Im sure many of you have seen the news about COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and the growing concerns as it continues to spread worldwide. For the safety of all, we are taking every precaution we can.
•Cleaning all surfaces that our patients come in contact with throughout the day.
•Checking temperatures of all employees every morning.
•Postponing all non-emergent appointments.
•Asking that all patients come alone to their appointment to limit exposure.
