📝Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 8 hours prior to your scheduled time. We kindly request that all changes be made online. If needed, you may call or text 334-722-1766.
Appointments within 8 hours are considered confirmed.
📝Same-Day Changes
Same-day rescheduling requests are considered cancellations. Clients must rebook online at their convenience.
Each client is allowed two same-day cancellations per calendar year. After two:
* Pre-booking privileges are removed
* A deposit is required for future bookings
📝No-Call / No-Show
No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the remaining balance at the end of the business day.
If payment is successfully collected, that payment applies to the missed appointment date and time only. If services are still desired, a new appointment must be scheduled for a new date and time. Services will not transfer, and a new service charge will apply.
If payment cannot be collected, booking privileges will be suspended until the balance is paid in full.
