Montgomery Children's Specialty Center Welcome to Montgomery Children’s Specialty Center. We are Montgomery’s preferred children’s nursing and rehabilitation facility.

In our caring and nurturing environment, we provide services to children with severe developmental disabilities that require on-going nursing care. Our dedicated team of health care professionals understands that each family has an individual set of circumstances, needs and preferences. Upon admission, our experienced team will complete a thorough evaluation. Our team, including around-the-clock nurses, activity professionals, and physical, occupational and speech therapists, will then work together to create a plan of care that promotes a nurturing environment of respect, growth and healing.
