We are unable to provide any information online due to HIPAA. Current offices include Montgomery, Prattville, Luverne and Selma. Our Montgomery and Luverne offices offer Nuclear Medicine testing, as well as, Physician and Nurse Practitioner appointments.

We have been experiencing extremely high call volume. We understand that many of you can not get through to our office. Please be patient with us as we do our best to respond to each call and voicemail as quickly as possible. If you leave a message; please leave only one. Multiple messages create duplicate calls and take up time that we could be responding to calls.

Record requests are being sent as quickly as possible; however we do have thousands of patients to send records for.
