Alabama MENTOR is a leading home- and community-based services provider serving youth with complex needs and their families. By adhering to our goal of "Bringing Caring Closer," we provide in-home and other residential services where youth can maintain and enhance connections with family, friends and the community. Founded in 2005, Alabama MENTOR specializes in providing Therapeutic Foster Care and related services for children, adolescents and teens throughout the state. We offer a range of residential and community-based services designed to meet the needs of youth facing emotional, behavioral and other complex challenges as well as their families. As a partner of The MENTOR Network, a national network of local human service providers, Alabama MENTOR provides those who work with us and those we serve the benefits of a strong national structure coupled with the specialized programs and localized services offered at various locations throughout Alabama. With many program offices across the state, the youth we serve are often able to remain close to home where they can continue to develop important personal and community connections.
