Today, Dr. Jillian Bivona, ASCA Vice President, and Dr. Brad Russell, ASCA Trustee, joined the Alabama State Licensing Board for the signing of legislation sponsored by Rep. Matt Woods that preserves the integrity of the Alabama chiropractic profession.
