3 Reasons why your pain feels worse when you’re stressed.

• Nervous system sensitivity
• Muscle guarding
• Inflammation response

Stress doesn’t just live in your head, it shows up in your body too. When your nervous system is on high alert, muscles tighten, inflammation increases, and pain can feel more intense.

The good news? There are ways to calm the system and ease the cycle.
You don’t have to manage this alone.
