When women come together in support of one another, powerful things happen.

Through programs like Girls Night Out, CAARAC creates spaces where women can learn, connect, laugh, and support one another while gaining tools to protect their health and wellbeing.

These programs exist because allies like you believe every woman deserves access to information, resources, and community.

❤️ Be the ally someone needs today. Support programs that uplift and empower women across Central Alabama.

Change begins with conversation.

At CAARAC, we create spaces where people can learn, speak openly, and support one another in building healthier communities.
Through education, testing services, and community programs, we work every day to ensure people have the knowledge and resources they need to protect their health and support one another.

Your support helps keep those conversations going.
💙 Be the ally someone needs today.

Together we can expand access to care, education, and empowerment across Central Alabama.

Sometimes the most important support comes in a simple moment.
A conversation.
A resource shared.
A safe place to ask questions.

Every day, CAARAC helps people access the tools and information they need to protect their health and support their communities.
Those moments happen because allies like you choose to give.
✨ Be the ally someone needs today.

Your support helps us reach more people with education, testing, and compassionate care.
