1. PAP smear

Common cold, flu, strep, allergies, etc
2. All minor trauma and repair
3. Removal of skin tags, in-grown toe nails, etc
4. Abscess drain (I & D)
5. Intravenous fluid for dehydration
6. In-house labs, X-Ray, EKG, and Pulmonary Function Tests
7. In case of an emergency we arrange CT/MRI, by passing ER visit. Primary Care Services
1. All chronic diseases including Diabetes, Hypertension, High Cholesterol, Thyroid diseases, Cardiovascular and Renal diseases.
2. Annual Physicals, lab work, EKG, X-ray, Pulmonary Function Tests, Weight Management,
3. All Preventive services
4. Arrange Colonoscopy/Mammogram
6. Specialty referrals (if appropriate)
7. Immunizations/Vaccines
8. School & Sports Physicals
9. DOT Physicals & Drug Screens
10. Available for consultation

Due to the inclement weather we will reduce our hours Tuesday and Wednesday this week. Urgent care ONLY will be open 8-10 Tuesday and 11-4 Wednesday. Dr. Baileys side will be closed completely until Thursday.

Due to the possible icy weather we have decided to delay opening tomorrow, Friday 1/10/25 until 12 pm. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we hope everyone stays warm and safe!
