Dr. Wolfe treats a wide range of foot and ankle conditions including injuries, chronic ankle pain, sports-related conditions, deformities, and complex trauma of the foot and ankle. He provides both non-surgical and surgical care, always focused on helping patients move comfortably and confidently.

🔥 Remarkable Recovery: Meet Scottie 🔥

Scottie is a Montgomery firefighter and sergeant who knows what it means to put his body on the line every day. When he suffered a full rupture of his left Achilles, his job—and his ability to serve—were suddenly at risk.

Just four days after his injury, Scottie underwent surgery with Perry Hooper, DO, and from there, the real work began. Achilles injuries often take 6–12 months or longer to fully heal, but through grit, determination, and relentless physical therapy, Scottie is already back at work—and feeling nearly stronger than before.

He credits his recovery to an incredible care team and physical therapists who pushed him, challenged him, and refused to let him settle for less than his best. As Scottie says, “They were hard on me—and that’s exactly what I needed.”

Stories like Scottie’s remind us why we do what we do—helping people return to the jobs, lives, and purpose they love.

Proud of our leadership team for investing time in continued education and compliance. Our managers recently attended the HLA meeting for a HIPAA compliance update—an important reminder that healthcare is one of the most highly regulated industries, and staying informed is essential to protecting our patients and our organization.

Thank you to Kelli Ingram and Burr & Forman for an informative and timely presentation. We appreciate partners who help us stay ahead in an ever-evolving regulatory landscape.

Being part of this Toy Drive was so special. Supporting our community and caring for the people outside of the four walls of our clinic is the heart of SOS. Thank you to everyone who dropped off toys, and to our community members who were able to celebrate a wonderful Christmas with the help of The Salvation Army of Montgomery, AL—serving the River Region, we are with you! Serving the River Region means standing with our community—and we’re honored to do just that. ❤️
