Position Overview
As a DSP, you will:
Support individuals in daily living skills
Promote independence and community involvement
Assist with behavior support plans
Contribute to a safe, caring, and empowering environment
Requirements
Must be 18+
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Passion for helping others and a team-focused mindset
